The Opportunity
As Workplace & Experience Coordinator, you will be the person who makes Reducto's San Francisco office feel like the best part of someone's day. You'll work closely with the Office of the CEO and People team, but the office itself is yours: how it looks, how it runs, and how it feels to walk into.

This is a hands-on, in-person role. You're the first face people see when they walk in, the person who notices the snack drawer is running low before anyone else does, and the reason an investor visit or team offsite comes together without a hitch. We're a fast-growing AI company, which means priorities shift quickly and the office needs to keep up. You'll thrive here if you love creating order out of chaos and take real pride in making people feel taken care of.

This is an in-person role based in out San Francisco HQ.

What You’ll Do:

- Own the day-to-day feel and function of the SF office, from daily walkthroughs to restocking supplies to making sure the space is clean, safe, and welcoming every single day.

- Manage relationships with vendors and building partners, including food & beverage, cleaning, maintenance, and security, holding them to the standard our team deserves.

- Plan and execute in-office events and culture moments, team lunches, celebrations, offsites, and the spontaneous stuff that makes people want to come in....
