The transaction fits Ode's stated focus on enterprise AI services. At its launch, the company said it was built on Fractional AI, which it said it had acquired in May 2024. In that announcement, Blackstone Operating Team leader Rodney W. Zemmel said, “The bottleneck to enterprise AI isn't access to models - it's turning that potential into real business impact.” Ode's launch announcement did not disclose terms for the Casper deal.
