This role will provide administrative support for the US Multiple Myeloma and In-Line Brand Marketing leads, as well as the Commercial Insights, Analytics, & Operations (CIAO) lead. In this role, the candidate will also support operations of the broader US Marketing and CIAO organizations, including the Multiple Myeloma launch later this year. This role reports to the Executive Director of US Multiple Myeloma Marketing.Kite is transitioning from its current Santa Monica headquarters, with employees expected to relocate to our Thousand Oaks office beginning in January 2027. While this role will be based in Santa Monica through 2026, applicants should take this planned relocation into consideration. Kite supports a flexible working policy, offering a balanced approach with two days of remote working and three days working onsiteKey ResponsibilitiesProvide administrative support, including calendar management, expenses, and travelPartner with US Marketing and CIAO leadership to support meetings and activitiesManage business calendar(s) collaborating with peers on forward planning initiativesPlan and organize internal onsite and offsite meetings, ensuring timely preparation of agendas and meeting minutesCoordinate registrations for conferences, symposia, and local / international congressesMaintain departmental information, including but not limited to organizational charts, rosters, birthday list, distribution lists, photo library, etc.Manage purchase orders, invoice tracking, and budget-related tasksSupport recruitment and onboarding of new hires by scheduling interviews, creating onboarding plans, and completing onboarding tasksManage general inquiries and route questions to appropriate resourcesAlways maintain confidentialityBasic QualificationsBachelor’s Degree and 0+ years of office administrative experienceORAssociate degree and 2+ years of office administrative experienceORHigh School Degree and 3+ years of office administrative experiencePreferred Qualifications2 years of office administrative experienceKnowledge of pharmac...
