ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Demonstrates advanced leadership and mentoring capabilities, serving as a role model for technicians and team members.Serves as the highest technical authority for equipment systems and reliability strategy.Responsible and accountable for equipment downtime troubleshooting, post-maintenance buyoff, and execution of preventive maintenance activities as scheduled.Collaborates with and supports the engineering team in equipment setup, installation, buyoff, qualification, and improvement projects.Acts as the main point of contact for the Manufacturing and Planning teams regarding equipment downtime and performance escalations.Responsible and accountable for achieving key Maintenance KPIs, including: Downtime % OEE % “Zero Defect” mindset  Slot PercentageProvides technical guidance and support to lower technicians. Required:Diploma, Certificate, or Technical/Vocational qualification in Engineering, Electronics, Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or a related field.Minimum 3 years of experience in the semiconductor manufacturing industry is preferred.Preferred:Familiar with semiconductor test equipment and tester handlers, including Pick-and-Place Handlers and automated handling systems.Basic knowledge of equipment troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and corrective maintenance activities.Able to work independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively in a team environment.Willing to work on rotating shifts, overtime, weekends, and on-call support when required.Self-motivated, safety-conscious, and committed to maintaining high equipment uptime and operational excellence.Skills:Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve equipment-related issues effectively.Able to read and understand technical drawings, schematics, manuals, and work instructions.Prof...
