THE ROLE
You'll spend real time on both sides of AI transformation here: shipping AI-powered workflows that solve real problems, and making sure the rest of Abacum can actually run with AI day to day. One day you're building an agent that saves a team hours of manual work. The next you're in a room turning a skeptical function into believers, or figuring out what "good with AI" should look like for a team that's never had the chance to learn.
You'll own the foundation for all of it: a structured AI baseline across every function, org-wide guidelines for how AI shows up in hiring and performance reviews, and the work that builds real AI fluency across the company: tandem sessions, function-specific training, skill repositories, best-practice sharing, and a growing network of AI champions.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
Baseline & foundation: Build and maintain a structured AI baseline across every function detailing where teams stand today, what's blocking adoption, and what "good" looks like next. Feed that into org-wide AI guidelines.
