As AI transforms the future of financial services, we're building the platforms that help regulated organizations adopt AI responsibly and at scale.What is the Opportunity?   The AI Mobile Engineer- Android is a senior technical implementation role responsible for leading the design and delivery of production-grade agent solutions. Your primary goal is to translate architecture designs into robust, reliable, maintainable implementations while setting engineering standards and providing technical leadership to less experienced engineers on the squad.   You are responsible for leading technical implementation of agent solutions; overseeing agent development, integrations, and workflow design from design through production; and providing technical mentorship and leadership to help Agent Engineers grow their capabilities. You serve as the technical anchor of the squad—hands-on enough to solve complex implementation problems, but senior enough to establish the standards others follow.   As a senior engineer, you will work closely with the Agent Architect II to translate designs into code; mentor and support Agent Engineers on implementation approaches and technical decisions; partner with domain strategists and other squad members to ensure implementation aligns with business requirements and architectural principles; and drive continuous improvement of engineering practices and code quality.   What Will You Do?   Lead technical implementation of agent solutions; translate architecture designs into production-grade, scalable implementations   Oversee agent development, integrations, workflow orchestration, and deployment through production   Design and implement agent workflows, integrations with external systems and APIs, and human-in-the-loop controls   Set engineering standards and best practices for the squad; establish code quality expectations and review standards   Mentor and provide technical guidance to Agent Engineers; help them grow their skills and capabilities   Unblock complex implementation challenges; troubleshoot difficult technical problems and guide others through resolution   Own implementati...
