Join us and experience a flexible, supportive environment where your well-being is prioritized and your potential can thrive.The RoleIn this role, you will play a central part in driving our campus initiatives while supporting daily HR operations and cross-functional projects.Campus Engagement & Employer Branding: Represent Kyndryl at university career fairs and employer branding initiatives to strengthen our relationships with academic institutions and attract top talent.Student Onboarding & Engagement: Serve as the primary HR point of contact for interns and apprentices—coordinating interactive onboarding processes, driving engagement initiatives, and fostering a positive overall employee experience.Program Management & Compliance: Handle the administrative end-to-end management of internship and apprenticeship programs, including employment contracts, regulatory compliance, and general HR documentation.HR Support & Process Improvement: Provide day-to-day HR support to managers and employees, contributing to cross-functional projects, process optimization, and the creation of user guides and documentation.Who You AreCurrently enrolled in a Master’s degree (Bac+4/5) in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.Fluency in both French and English.Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail for administrative and compliance tasks.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with students, academic partners, and internal managers.A proactive, solution-oriented mindset eager to contribute to process improvements.Being YouThe “Kyn” in Kyndryl means kinship, which represents the strong bonds we have with each other, our customers and our communities.
