The Role The Honest Company is seeking an Associate Brand Manager to join our Adult Operating Unit and support one of our fastest-growing and strategic businesses—Flushable Wipes. You will develop your brand management skills by partnering with cross-functional teams across Sales, Consumer Insights, Innovation, R&D, Supply Chain, Finance, Creative, and eCommerce to bring category growth strategies, product innovation, and integrated marketing campaigns to life. As a key member of the Flushable Wipes team, you will help manage day-to-day business performance while supporting the development and execution of long-term growth strategies. This role offers broad exposure across the business—from innovation and commercialization to retailer execution, demand planning, portfolio management, and business analytics—providing an exceptional opportunity to grow your marketing and general management capabilities.
