You’ll partner closely with Finance, Investor Relations, Accounting, and Strategy teams. The ideal candidate provides financial and commercial acumen and process improvement skills to guide The Honest Company toward sustainable profitability and growth. What You'll Do Financial Planning & Analysis Consolidate the annual operating plan and periodic forecasts with a focus on profitability and cash flow. Provide in-depth analysis of financial results, including variance analysis, key driver commentary, and risks & opportunities.
