Role Overview The Associate Manager will play a pivotal role in the new hub, reporting to an Associate Director. What you'll be doing Your responsibilities will include supporting the delivery of multiple quantitative research projects concurrently, taking ownership of project tasks and smaller projects, with oversight and support from more senior team members where appropriate. You will write questionnaires, ensuring alignment with objectives. You will work closely with project management teams to support fieldwork execution and troubleshoot any issues that arise. You will directly contribute to the analysis process, including developing table specifications, designing PowerPoint templates and ensuring outputs are accurate and delivered to a high standard. You will prepare client global reports, translating data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations. You will develop country-specific reports using a global report as a framework. You will also support on-the-job coaching of more junior team members where appropriate. What you'll need 4+ years of experience in market research with healthcare experience.
