You will be part of a collaborative global team, working alongside experienced researchers and contributing to the delivery of high-quality research across a range of projects. What you'll be doing Your role will be to oversee project teams and the delivery of quantitative research projects and ensuring high-quality outputs across all stages of the research process. You will act as the primary point of contact with clients on day-to-day project delivery, ensuring their needs are met, while escalating and aligning with the Project Lead where appropriate. You will be responsible for shaping the research approach, including input into project scope and questionnaire design (as well as directly contributing to writing questionnaires, where required), ensuring alignment with client objectives and business questions. You will oversee and the analysis and reporting process, while also contributing hands-on where needed, ensuring deliverables are clear, insight-led and delivered to a consistently high standard.
