Role Responsibilities
- Support the design of platform, mobile, and connected product experiences that solve real customer problems and improve usability.
- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using tools such as Figma while adhering to established design systems and standards.
- Participate in user research activities including interviews, usability testing, surveys, and observation sessions to better understand customer needs and behaviors.
- Translate research findings, customer feedback, and product requirements into intuitive and accessible user experiences.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, and other designers throughout the product development lifecycle to deliver customer-centered solutions.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of design systems, reusable components, interaction patterns, and UX best practices.
- Iterate designs based on user feedback, stakeholder input, data insights, and technical considerations.
- Help document design decisions, interaction specifications, and user experience guidelines to support development and consistent implementation.
- Assist in journey mapping, information architecture, and workflow design for complex digital solutions and operational environments.
