Pyramid Healthcare is seeking an experienced and motivated Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) Manager to provide leadership, operational oversight, and staff development within our behavioral health treatment programs. This role is responsible for ensuring a safe, therapeutic environment while supporting high-quality client care, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence. Position Summary The BHT Manager leads the Behavioral Health Technician department and is responsible for staffing, performance management, operational efficiency, client supervision practices, and therapeutic milieu management. This position partners closely with clinical, nursing, and operational leaders to ensure outstanding service delivery and positive treatment outcomes. Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee daily operations of the Behavioral Health Technician department. Supervise Lead BHTs, BHT Supervisors, Behavioral Health Technicians, and other assigned staff. Manage staffing, scheduling, workforce planning, and productivity. Support recruitment, interviewing, onboarding, training, coaching, and employee development. Conduct performance evaluations and address employee performance concerns when needed. Monitor documentation quality, client safety, and compliance with organizational policies and treatment protocols. Partner with interdisciplinary teams to support client care and operational initiatives. Ensure adherence to regulatory, licensing, and accreditation standards. Oversee transportation operations, client supervision practices, and therapeutic milieu management. Participate in budgeting, resource allocation, and continuous quality improvement efforts. Maintain confidentiality and complete all required trainings. Qualifications Required High school diploma or equivalent. Current CPR, AED, and First Aid certification. Demonstrated leadership and staff supervision experience. Strong communication, organizational, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead teams in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Proficiency with electronic health records and Microsoft Office applications.
