Role summaryAs a Business Analyst joining the Swift payments scheme design team, you will be joining a team of payments and technology experts shaping the future of cross-border payments. You will work in a highly collaborative environment with exposure to senior stakeholders on one of the highest priorities for the company. Acting as a critical bridge between business, technology and delivery teams you will gather, analyse and translate business and customer needs into technical requirements that drive a transformative cross-border payments experience.About the Swift payments scheme: The Swift payments scheme is designed to elevate the payments experience globally. Its core ambition is to deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes for end-users by addressing the most common paint points in cross-border payments, focused on five key customer outcomes: availability, certainty, predictability, transparency and speed. It is intended to uplift the end-user experience across all Swift-connected institutions involved in retail-focused cross‑border payments and can be extended to small-medium enterprises and corporates as well.It aligns with the G20’s goals for speed, certainty, and transparency, creating a scalable, secure, and interoperable global payments ecosystem.
