What is your role?
As a Business Analyst E-commerce at Lely, you will be a vital link between business needs and technical implementation. You play a key role in optimizing and innovating the digital customer experience on our E-commerce platforms. By mapping processes, gathering requirements, and analyzing user journeys, you ensure that our digital solutions truly add value for our customers. You will collaborate across departments from UX designers and developers to product owners and business stakeholders ensuring that our platforms support seamless customer interaction and drive commercial success. Your key responsibilities include
- Collaborating with Product Owners, Developers, and Business Stakeholders to define business needs and translate them into clear, actionable requirements.
- Mapping and analyzing current and future business processes and digital user journeys.
- Creating user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria that guide development in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Leading workshops and interviews to understand strategic business goals and user needs.
- Supporting sprint planning, backlog grooming, and ensuring alignment between business objectives and technical execution.
- Identifying opportunities for innovation and process improvement within E-commerce and digital platforms.
We are looking for someone with
- At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within E-commerce or digital product teams. Who Leads initiatives, mentors others, makes strategic technical decisions, often bridges business and tech.
- You bring a proven track record in backend development with a strong emphasis on system integrations
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence and Target process.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage diverse stakeholders.
