PRIMARY DETAILLead daily operations at MUSAC and Sports Fields, ensuring safe facilities, exceptional customer service and team leadership.About YouYou are an experienced Duty Manager with a background in sport, leisure or aquatic facility operations. You are a confident leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to safety, customer service and operational excellence.You will demonstrate:Experience leading operations within aquatic and/or leisure facilities.Sound knowledge of pool plant operations and water quality management.Strong understanding of workplace health and safety, risk management and public safety practices.Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.Proven ability to manage competing priorities and respond effectively to unexpected situations.Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service within an inclusive environment.Essential RequirementsCurrent Working with Children Check.Current First Aid and CPR certification.Current Pool Lifeguard qualification.Aquatic Technical Operator accreditation.Drivers LicenceAbility to complete and maintain the required Health and Fitness Assessment.Availability to work a flexible roster, including mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays.About UsMacquarie University Sport and Aquatic Centre (MUSAC) is a premier multi-purpose sport and recreation facility located on the Wallumattagal Campus in North Ryde.
