They make independent decisions within established practices and procedures and collaborate regularly with partners to meet mutual objectives. This role provides regular updates to leadership and requires interactions with partners and cross-functional teams for specialized or informative purposes. Responsibilities Expand strategic partner relationships and communicate the partner strategy to the broader team. Ability to execute strategic partner plans into a regional action plan for growth. Evaluate regional partner gaps and create strategic plans to expand partner business in region. Draft and track Annual Marketing plan with Partner Review Training options with partner to understand business growth plans Tailor Keyfactor GTM and Products to the Partner business. Nurture partner through relationship evaluation. Negotiate Partner Agreements with Partner. Manage Onboarding and add elements based on partner needs. Build Partner sales plan for region identifying key customers for growth and build new customer engagement plan. Track activity between Keyfactor and Partner. Minimum Qualifications, Education, and Skills Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Significant relevant work experience Strong demonstrable years working in technology channel organization focused on partner sales and management Executive leadership, strategic vision, and operational excellence. Ability to drive departmental strategy, lead cross-functional projects, and manage executive relationships. Extensive knowledge of business operations, industry trends, and strategic planning. #LI-NA1 Compensation Salary will be commensurate with experience.
