ABOUT THE ROLE

Credo AI is a Series A startup at the forefront of AI Governance. We are transforming our product into an AI-native platform—moving from traditional workflow-based SaaS to one where intelligent agents automate and accelerate the manual tasks our users face today.

We’re seeking a Chief Product Officer to help drive this transformation. This leader will own Product Management, Design, and User Research, and will be instrumental in shaping both our product vision and execution velocity in a rapidly evolving market.

What you'll do:

- Own Product Functions: Lead and grow Product Management, Design, and User Research, ensuring alignment across vision, roadmap, and user experience.

- Drive AI-Native Transformation: Define and deliver AI-first product experiences, leveraging cutting-edge AI capabilities to automate workflows and create new value for customers.

- Unblock Velocity: Partner with Engineering leadership to dramatically improve product development velocity, addressing process, prioritization, and execution challenges.

- Champion Customer Insight: Ensure our product decisions are grounded in user research, real-world feedback, and a deep understanding of our market and customers. Also bold enough to chart a new course in new category areas.
