We need your talent and expertise.We believe claims handling is where trust is earned. We’re looking for a Claims Advocate to join our close-knit claims team.  Position Summary When our clients experience a loss, they rely on our knowledgeable, steady professionals to guide them through complex situations with clarity, empathy, and confidence. The Claims Advocate plays a vital role in coordinating and managing a full spectrum of commercial and personal lines Property & Casualty (P&C) claims (Auto, Property, Liability, Cyber and more). As part of the claims team, you will work closely with Producers, Account Managers, and insurance carriers to ensure accurate reporting, efficient handling, and strong advocacy for our clients.  What You’ll Do Claims Advocacy: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing empathetic guidance and timely updates throughout the claim lifecycle. Review claim decisions, denial letters, and policy language to help ensure client interests are protected.Reporting & Coordination: Receive and report new claims to carriers via the Agency Management System (AMS360) and carrier portals; collaborate with adjusters and internal teams to ensure timely claim progress and resolution.Documentation: Maintain precise, organized records of all claim activities in compliance with agency standards, including monitoring and completing suspense items.Relationship Management: Build strong rapport with Producers, Account Managers, and carrier partners to optimize service strategies. Professional Growth: Participate in ongoing training to stay current on industry trends, policy changes, emerging risks, and new lines of coverage.Additional responsibilities as needed What We’re Looking For Client-first professionals with experience in P&C insurance, (claims, underwriting, account management, or related roles preferred).Experience interpreting insurance coverage and policy language is preferred.Excellent written and verbal skills; ability to remain calm and professional under pressure and to clearly explain coverage to clients. Solid judgment and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with AMS360 is a plus. Active NH P&C (adjuster or producer) preferred, or commitment to obtain a NH P&C Producer’s License. Education & Designations Bachelor’s degree preferred.Industry designations (AIC, CPCU, or ARM) are a plus. Compensation & Benefits Base salary range: $55,000 – $70,000, commensurate with location, skills, experience, ...
