JOB SUMMARYThe Medical Physicist – Clinical Training Instructor delivers advanced clinical and technical training with a strong focus on radiation physics, treatment planning, and system performance. Based at the Genolier Innovation Hub in Switzerland (Vaud canton, Morges area), this role serves as a key educational lead supporting global customers through high-quality, in-person and virtual training programs.This position combines expert-level instruction, curriculum development, and clinical support to ensure safe, effective, and confident use of Accuray treatment delivery systems. The instructor plays a critical role in translating complex physics concepts into practical clinical application, supporting both new system implementations and ongoing customer development.The role is approximately 70-80% clinical training and curriculum development and 20–30% clinical support, with regular engagement in global training initiatives, customer onboarding, and key industry events.Position based in Switzerland (Vaud canton, Morges area). Candidates with the ability to legally work in Switzerland are preferred; a valid Swiss work permit is a plus.Initial onboarding and training may take place in the United States for up to two weeks, depending on business needs and training requirements.2.
