About the Company
Our client is a general contractor of masonry construction operating along the Gulf Coast in the Southeast region. Primarily, but not limited to Florida, Alabama, and Mississippi.
Their mission is to bring a higher standard of safety, accountability, knowledge, quality and craftsmanship to the masonry division 4 of construction.
What They'll Do
- Complete project takeoffs for commercial masonry work (CMU, brick, cast iron)
- Provide accurate bid information and estimates for large general contractor projects
- Work on turnkey projects across the southeastern US (Mississippi, Alabama, Florida)
- Deliver reliable, detailed takeoff documentation to support bid submissions
- Collaborate remotely with the internal team to meet project deadlines

Ideal Candidate
- 2-5+ years of experience estimating US construction projects
- Civil engineering background or equivalent masonry/construction estimating experience
- Fluent in English
- Proficient in commercial masonry takeoff methodologies
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Able to work remotely on US timezone

- Accuracy and reliability of bid information (performance judged on estimate quality, not job wins)
- US project experience with commercial construction
- English fluency
- Remote work capability aligned to US timezone
- Ability to start with test projects to validate fit
