We’re looking for a creative, detail-driven Communications Video Specialist to help shape and deliver high-quality video and visual content for our internal and external audiences. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves storytelling, works confidently across the full production process, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You’ll play a key role in creating engaging video and visual content that supports HBS’ corporate communications. From filming interviews and behind-the-scenes content to editing polished corporate films and social media pieces, you’ll be trusted to take ideas from concept through to final delivery. 📍 Based in Paris, France – hybrid working with 3 days in the office/2 days wfh 🗓️ Contract type: Fixed term/CDD contract to December 2026 🌐 Languages: Fluent in English and French (spoken and written) Key responsibilities include: Shooting and editing video content for HBS’ internal and external communication channels Capturing interviews and behind-the-scenes content with HBS staff Editing third-party event footage, corporate-style films, and selected social-first content Creating basic motion graphic title sequences and integrating them into edits Maintaining and organising content within HBS’ Media Asset Management (MAM) system Photographing new staff for corporate profile images and maintaining the photo archive What we're looking for: 3+ years’ experience in an edit-focused role Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and&nbs...
