Pariveda's Internal IT department builds and supports the data, applications, and systems that run the firm. We are hiring a Custom Application Support Developer to join the team, with a primary focus on a propriety internal platform that is core to our people operations and career development.

This role is part application development, part system support, and part knowledge management. You will grow to own the day-to-day operational health of this platform: triaging user issues, resolving bugs, improving data quality, and building the documentation and tooling that makes the system more self-service over time. You will also contribute to feature development across this and other internal applications.

This is not a pure feature-development role. If you find satisfaction in making systems reliable, users self-sufficient, and operational work disappear through automation and good documentation, this is a strong fit. In this role, you’ll be challenged to learn, grow, and make an impact.
