Your professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail help create an exceptional customer experience from the moment someone walks through our doors or contacts our dealership. You'll support customers throughout their visit by providing accurate information, directing them to the appropriate team members, and ensuring every guest feels welcomed, informed, and appreciated. This position plays a vital role in supporting our sales and service teams while helping deliver the high level of customer satisfaction that Berlin City Toyota is known for. What You'll Do: Deliver an exceptional customer experience by greeting every customer, vendor, and visitor with warmth, professionalism, and enthusiasm. Manage a multi-line phone system, answer incoming calls promptly, and ensure customers are connected with the appropriate department.
