Your Opportunity as the Distribution Supervisor at our Solar Site in Imperial, PA The Distribution Supervisor is responsible for leading the day-to-day warehouse and distribution operations at our Coffee Equipment Distribution Center in Imperial, PA. This role oversees the receipt, storage, inventory management, and distribution of coffee equipment and related materials, ensuring products are delivered safely, accurately, and efficiently to support business and customer needs. The Supervisor directs warehouse personnel, manages operational performance metrics including inventory accuracy, labor productivity, and cost control, and establishes daily and weekly objectives to drive operational excellence. Working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, this position champions safety, develops team members, and implements continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes, service levels, and overall distribution center performance. The ideal candidate possesses strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of warehouse and distribution operations, and the ability to effectively manage a team in a highly transactional environment.Location: Imperial, PA Work Arrangements: 100% Onsite/In-person In this role you will: Maintain the Inventory accuracy by utilizing all programs used by the service organizationProvide system support to the teamGather, organize, and review inventory and document reportsSchedule Work load based on volume needLeadership - Setting goals for the work group, developing organizational capability, and modeling how we work together. Challenges and inspires team members to achieve business results. Conducts and ensures the completion of performance reviewsManages the environmental performance of facilities by monitoring electricity, natural gas and water consumption, responding to issues, ensuring resolution through repair, potential credits, and working with the landlord and Utility Companies to investigate issues as applicable.
