The roleThe primary purpose of this role is to format and amend Word documents in line with specific instructions. The Document Production Assistant (DPA) is responsible for providing high-quality document production services to all fee earners, ensuring that all work is completed accurately and in full compliance with Clifford Chance House style and client requirements. Who you will work withYou will collaborate with Workflow Lead and Coordinators across our offices in Delhi, Hyderabad, Newcastle and London. What you will be responsible forThe DPA reports to a Manager of the Document Production Unit and is expected to create a positive working relationship with team members in their group.The duties of a DPA would cover the following, after a full onboarding and training programme:Document creation, conversions, formatting , revisions, clean up, repair and indexingPresentation creation, conversions, formatting and revisionsSpreadsheet creation, conversions, formatting, revisions, linking and archivingDocument tables and automation including TOAs, TOCs and cross referencingTemplate and form creationMerge and compare documentsMail merge and label creationData entry and editingClient briefingCreating, modifying and emailing filesQuality checking for accuracy and formatting and editing servicesWhat you will doThere are two high level categories, detailed below, which describe the core activities of the...
