We’re looking for an Editor who is a team player who is intrinsically motivated, creative, whip-smart, talented, open to feedback, and proactive. A sense of humor is a plus! This is a fully remote position. 

What you’ll do 

- Work directly with a team of editors to deliver high-quality SEO content in a fast-paced environment

- Meet monthly deliverable deadlines

- Edit up to 80 articles per month on a variety of topics to ensure grammar, keywords, voice, style, flow, organization, and development to create compelling and interesting content

- Develop a deep understanding of clients’ style guides, editorial guidelines, and overall SEO expectations.

- Manage 4–5 writers as they each craft 10–20 articles per month

- Provide constructive and timely feedback to writers, emphasizing lifelong learning and growth

What you’ll need

- 3+ years of experience writing and/or editing articles in a journalism or SEO content setting

- Strong capacity for both logical and creative thinking

- Excellent time management skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task/prioritize

- Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
