Job Description:The Impact You’ll Make in this RoleAs an EMEA Material Planner, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.Here, you will make an impact by:Leading material supply planning and execution across the EMEA manufacturing network to ensure production continuity and a high level of customer service.Proactively managing supply risks, resolving critical material shortages, and driving corrective actions and supply recovery efforts.Developing and implementing inventory planning and replenishment strategies that balance service, cost, and working capital objectives.Analyzing material demand, supplier capabilities, and operational constraints to optimize material availability and supply performance.Partnering cross-functionally with manufacturing, procurement, logistics, and suppliers to enhance end-to-end supply chain efficiency.Communicating key risks, mitigation plans, and business impacts clearly to stakeholders across multiple levels of the organization.Contributing to continuous improvement, process standardization, and data-driven decision-making within supply chain operations.Your Skills and ExpertiseTo set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who meet the following minimum requirements:Experience in an independent supply chain role, ideally within a manufacturing environment.Experience working with suppliers and collaborating with international teams.Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Polish and English.A results-driven approach, with the ability to act quickly and make sound decisions.Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP, along with strong practical knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.Preferred qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:Proficiency in an additional language such as French, Spanish, German, Turkish, or Italian.Supporting Your Well-being  3M offers many programs to help you live your best life – both physically and financially.
