This team comprises of enthusiastic, passionate, fun-loving and highly communicative individuals who continuously work towards ensuring a great experience for Hoichoi users at all times. This is a high commitment role and you will fit right in if you believe in delivering the best of service experience and are passionate about Bengali entertainment. Job Role:Responsibilities1. Conversing with around 200 customers on calls on a regular basis2. Understanding customer issues and help resolve the same3. Check account status for customers4. Inform customers of current promotions5. Change a detractor to a promoter6. Retention and new customer acquisition7. Communicate any problems or issues to management for resolution Who can apply1. Can work in a rotational shift, dynamic environment2. Are available for a 1-year contractual role3. Can join on an immediate basis4. Has a laptop5. Are from Kolkata6. Are available for an in-office full-time role7. Are well conversant in English, Bangla, and Hindi8. Have thorough knowledge about the Hoichoi platform9.
