The RoleWe are looking to add an enthusiastic and passionate Social Media buff to our team to drive engagement and initiatives across various communities and platforms.ResponsibilitiesIdeate and execute campaigns to drive social media buzz by conceptualizing the social content calendar, curating content, planning promotions & contests, etcManage the social handles and cross-collaborate with multi-functional teams to integrate campaign-specific content (social graphics, animated GIFs, and short-form videos) across channelsMonitor campaign performances, and analyze, review, and report on campaigns' effectiveness to maximize resultsEnsure consistency of brand positioning and maintain hoichoi's personality and social tone of voice to stay relevant to fans and customersUndertake social media research to gain deeper insight into online conversations related to the Bengali media & entertainment industry. What makes you a great fit?You are an excellent communicator and creative thinker and proficient in Hindi Relevant experience in social media, preferably from a digital media agency/E-commerce/Media & Entertainment background would be preferredBachelor's/ Master's degree in public relations, journalism, marketing, communications, or any other related field would be preferred This role will be based in Kolkata.
