The candidate should be comfortable and equipped to work efficiently in a remote work environment. Up to 40% travel within the U.S. will be required for this role. Compensation: The baseline compensation range for this role is $105,000 - $115,000 depending on experience. For more details regarding our benefits, visit: aiedu.org/careers Start date: We’d like a candidate to start as soon as possible after receiving an offer, though there is some flexibility. ✅ Your Responsibilities: Partner Cultivation and Relationship Management Support the external affairs team in managing relationships across a diverse partner ecosystem: community-based organizations, research institutions, advocacy organizations, school districts, policy partners, and field-level peer organizations and thought leaders Maintain partner contact databases, communication logs, and engagement histories so relationship continuity doesn't live in anyone's inbox Draft partner communications, meeting prep materials, and follow-up summaries Track the partner pipeline — relationship stage, engagement type, next steps, and cross-functional ownership — and keep it current Support outreach to new partner types as the engagement model expands, including research institutions, advisory committees, and thought partners invited to sit on working groups or field-level bodies Community Event Coordination Serve as the operational lead for confirmed community engagements across all formats: vibecoding workshops, student voice forums, and family and parent engagement events Manage event timelines, partner logistics, facilitator prep materials, and internal stakeholder communication for each engagement Coordinate with the programs team to surface student participants, Trailblazer Fellows, and district relationships that feed into events; support the handoff process when engagements originate inside active programmatic partnerships Ensure every...
