OVERVIEW

We are seeking a Field Technician Lead with strong hands-on experience in Audio Visual systems, low voltage cabling, and customer support. This individual will lead field installations, guide junior technicians, and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to a high standard.

The ideal candidate is both technically skilled and customer-focused, capable of troubleshooting complex systems while maintaining professional communication with clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

FIELD INSTALLATION & TECHNICAL WORK

- Install, configure, and support Audio Visual systems including displays, projectors, conferencing equipment, speakers, and control systems

- Perform low voltage cabling installation including Cat6, fiber, coax, speaker wire, and control wiring

- Terminate, test, and certify network and AV cabling

- Mount displays, install equipment racks, and integrate AV hardware

- Troubleshoot AV, networking, and signal flow issues in the field

TEAM LEADERSHIP

- Lead and coordinate field technicians on installation projects

- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior technicians

- Ensure projects follow installation standards, safety requirements, and quality expectations
