ABOUT THE ROLE

Peec AI is looking for a Working Student in Finance & Accounting to run the day-to-day finance operations across our German and US entities. This is a detailed, hands-on role for someone who wants to grow into a finance operations and accounting career, and who is excited to build that foundation inside a fast-scaling, international company.

You will be the engine behind our monthly rhythm. You keep invoices moving, help prepare a fast and accurate month-end close, and make sure our accounting firm and tax advisors always have what they need. You care about getting the details right, you enjoy bringing order to operational processes, and you see policies not as red tape but as the guardrails that let a growing company move quickly.

You will sit at the center of things. You are the bridge between our core finance team, budget owners and employees across the company, and our external partners. As complexity increases in our day-to-day operations, you grow with it, taking on more ownership as the organization scales.

 

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Own day-to-day finance operations for our German and US entities

- Prepare invoices for payment and run the accounts payable process end to end

- Support the billing process, and interface with Sales and RevOps in the Deal Desk

- Support Accounting with revenue recognition and make sure that we have accurate data in our source systems.
