Job Description: AriensCo is looking for a skilled Forklift Operator to join our hardworking and passionate team. In this key role, you’ll be responsible for the safe and efficient movement of materials that support our production operations. Your attention to detail and commitment to safety will help us continue delivering high-quality products that power the great outdoors.Pay: Starts at $22/hour + $4,000 sign on bonusSchedule & Shift: Monday - Thursday (4 days x 10 hours); 4:30AM-2:30PMTHE DAY TO DAY…Work as part of a team having responsibility for handling materials for outdoor power equipmentHandle raw materials and/or parts and places in designated locationOperate equipment needed to perform the jobAssist team members in other areas to meet daily production goalsRecord information in adherence to standard workLoad and unload materials and units onto trucksEnter the material movement into AS400Operate an industrial truck or pallet jack to assist in loading or moving productDeliver the right parts, quantities to assembly cells or work centers in a timely mannerOff load incoming product and transfer to proper storage locationsMay locate and transport raw materials to and from work centersIdentify and locate proper tooling when requested by operatorsMay load and unload dies into work centersEmpty scrap hoppersMay assist with Crane operationAssist with set-up duties as neededAssist team members in other areas to meet daily production goalsTHE QUALIFICATIONS…Ability to communicate effectivelyAbility to stand for 8+ hours a dayMust be able to use hands to position parts in placeAble to lift up to 35 pounds at varying frequenciesMust wear required Personal Protective EquipmentAbility to work as part of a teamDemonstrated experience in safely operating a forklift and other material handlin...
