In this role, you'll play a key part in keeping operations running smoothly by leveraging production, inventory, and demand data to make informed planning decisions. You'll help improve schedule adherence, optimize inventory investments, and drive operational performance through meaningful analysis and reporting.If you enjoy working with data, solving complex challenges, and making a direct impact on manufacturing success, we'd love to hear from you!THE DAY TO DAY...Develop and maintain daily production schedules for Manufacturing Plants in WI and in TennesseeAlign daily production schedules with demand forecasts, material availability, manufacturing capacity, and operational prioritiesAnalyze manufacturing, supply chain, purchasing, and fabrication constraints to create achievable and efficient production plansCollaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Purchasing, and Manufacturing teams to communicate schedule changes and mitigate production risks caused by material shortages or capacity limitationsPartner closely with Purchasing to ensure critical components and purchased materials are available to support production schedules and customer commitmentsIdentify and resolve material shortages, supply chain disruptions, and other constraints that could impact production performanceParticipate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on enhancing planning accuracy, schedule stability, inventory management, and overall operational performance across manufacturing plantsDevelop and maintain planning & material reports, metrics, and analysis to support decision-making and performance improvementPerform other duties and responsibilities as assignedTHE QUALIFICATIONS...Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Mana...
