FOUNDER'S ASSOCIATE

Salary Range: €60K – €80K • Offers Equity • Offers Bonus

We’re looking for a Founder's Associate who will act as a versatile "Swiss Army knife" for Almedia's leadership, tackling high-impact challenges across every function of the business. In this role, you will be the primary engine for strategic initiatives, moving rapidly from research and analysis to hands-on execution and process optimization.

WHAT YOU'LL DO 🎯

- Drive Strategic Growth Initiatives: Spearhead high-priority projects across product, marketing, and finance to directly contribute to Almedia's key expansion objectives.

- Execute Problem Solving & Building: Dive into complex business problems, conduct rapid data analysis, and build implemented solutions in close collaboration with the CEO and Founders.

- Optimize Operational Excellence: Identify internal inefficiencies and lead the implementation of new tools and workflows to enhance company-wide productivity and scalability.
