ABOUT THE ROLE

As the Founding Designer at E2B, you'll shape the design direction of the entire company. You'll be responsible for the visual communication of everything from the brand and products to new releases and potential hires at E2B.

You will:

- Help establish the overall design culture & taste in the company

- Work with engineers on the product design for the E2B dashboard https://github.com/e2b-dev/dashboard and CLI https://github.com/e2b-dev/E2B/tree/main/packages/cli

- Help design and build our landing page and any websites for our other projects, such as Fragments https://github.com/e2b-dev/fragments

- Work closely with the CEO on the general direction of the E2B brand

- Collaborate with the GTM team on the visual communication for our enterprise customers

- Design visual materials for announcing new products or campaigns, for example our Startups Program https://e2b.dev/startups

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Experience:

At least 5+ years of building experience and at least 2+ years of experience working on a DevTools team.

Startup mindset:

Comfortable operating in early-stage environments where speed, autonomy, and ownership matter. You enjoy wearing multiple hats in a design role and aren't focused only on product design or brand design.

Working with short timelines:

Comfortable operating under short timelines and in high-stress environments without compromising on quality.
