BRIEF OVERVIEW OF THIS ROLE AT SITEMATE:
The Sales Development Representative is responsible for qualifying and routing inbound leads across three channels: self-service and inside sales. This role involves frequent engagement with prospects through phone calls, emails, live chat, and internal tools such as Slack and Salesforce. As the Founding Sales Development Representative in Austin, you'll work directly alongside our CRO to help build and scale our North American sales function. Success in the role is measured by the number of product demonstrations booked and completed, with a strong track record of team performance consistently meeting or exceeding monthly targets.
