GES Product marketing Leader
Role Overview
The Product Marketing Leader is responsible for driving the end-to-end product marketing strategy and execution for RLC and VRF portfolio. This role owns the connection between market needs and product solutions, bridge between customer needs and product management / engineering teams, supporting go-to-market strategies, value propositions, and commercial success.
The role requires ownership of key initiatives, strong cross-functional leadership without direct authority, and the ability to influence stakeholders across Product Management, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Product & Portfolio Development
•
Drive product concept development for prioritized opportunities, partnering closely with Product Management and Engineering teams.
•
Work with sales team and key external customers to develop product roadmaps
•
Influence product roadmap decisions by identifying gaps, customer needs, and differentiation opportunities.
•
Key contact for regulatory compliance—monitoring requirements, aligning with factories, and ensuring products meet updated standards.
•
Develop robust business cases including pricing strategy, margin structure, and volume forecasts; collaborate with GES and cross-functional teams through key approval gates.
Make Vs Buy Strategy and Execution
•
Strategic Assessment: Develop and maintain Make vs. Buy decision frameworks. Align recommendations with business strategy, growth plans, and operating model.

Business Case Development: Including all key parameters like commodity costs, W2W GM etc..
•
Technology and product specs and feature evaluation.
•
Risk assessment and sensitivity analysis.

Market & GTM Strategy Leadership
•
For key and emerging markets: Work closely with customers to understand and define market sizing, segmentation, regulatory landscape, and competitor benchmarking to identify growth opportunities.
•
Translate insights into actionable product and portfolio strategies aligned with GES / SEA / AME business priorities.
•
Define target customer segments, channel etc. to guide product positioning and GTM plans.
•
Own product positioning, messaging, and value propositions to ensure clear differentiation in the market.
