We expect the successful candidate to bring prior knowledge, quantitative acumen, and relevant immigration experience to the role.The Global Mobility Coordinator will play a critical role in building and delivering an improved employee experience for our new hires and internal transfers that relocate globally. Over time, we expect the successful candidate’s role to grow and incorporate other core employee lifecycle activities such as new hire activities.In This Role, You’ll Get To Manage the day-to-day administration of the global mobility team Assist with business visas, coordinate with employee and immigration vendors for business visa application Support the Visa team with any business travel requests including document preparation, document review, and drafting of business travel letters, up until visa completion Assist with renewal cases for the expat population for Agoda worldwide with a particular focus on Malaysia; Assist with updating data into our internal systems to ensure that all data is accurate and be able to track for renewal Assist the team with ad...
