The Role: Head of Engineering  This is a high-impact, hands-on builder role responsible for designing, building, and scaling LEVL’s AI-first product and internal AI capabilities. You will own the development of an AI-powered Co-Pilot for fleet customers, while also embedding AI across the business - from support and operations through to sales and marketing. This is not a strategy-only role. You will be expected to build, ship, and iterate quickly, working directly with the CEO and playing a critical role in shaping the future of the business. Key Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end development of LEVL’s AI Co-Pilot product, from MVP to scalable, production-ready solution Design and implement scalable, secure, multi-tenant architecture Build and integrate AI-driven workflows across the business Work hands-on with AI tools such as OpenAI and Anthropic/Claude Integrate multiple data sources into a unified platform Collaborate directly with the CEO on product direction Rapidly prototype and iterate with a focus on commercial outcomes Support and mentor internal team members Contribute to building a future engineering team What We’re Looking For Must Have Experience building and shipping AI-powered products Demonstrated leadership and hands-on expertise in adopting agentic development practices across the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), leveraging tools such as Codex, Claude Code, and Google Antigravity to accelerate engineering productivity, code quality, and delivery velocity Hands-on experience working with large language models (LLMs) and AI application architectures Ability to rapidly move from concept to MVP in...
