We're looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our European Head Office team. This is an exciting opportunity to partner with leaders across our Technology & Business Process (TBP) and Supply Chain functions, providing strategic and operational HR support that drives business success and enhances the employee experience.
Working closely with the wider HR team, you'll play a key role in delivering people initiatives, enhancing employee engagement, supporting organisational change, and ensuring excellent HR service delivery across the business.
What You'll Be Doing
Partnering with the Business
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across Technology & Business Process and Supply Chain functions.
- Provide proactive HR advice, coaching, and guidance to support business objectives.
- Collaborate with leaders on workforce planning, organisational development, and people initiatives.
Employee Engagement & Wellbeing
- Analyse employee feedback, engagement data, turnover trends, and other people metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement initiatives that enhance employee engagement, retention, wellbeing, and overall employee experience.
- Support the delivery of employee-focused events and programmes throughout the year.
HR Operations
- Ensure the smooth delivery of core HR processes, including onboarding, offboarding, employee changes, compensation updates, benefits administration, absence management, and visa-related activities.
- Partner closely with HR colleagues and payroll teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of employee information.
- Maintain compliance with relevant employment legislation, data protection requirements, and internal policies.
