We're looking for an HR Shared Services Assistant to join our Positions and Appointments team and play a key role in supporting our staff, candidates, and affiliates start their journey with the University.In this role, you'll work across a broad range of HR processes and utilise contemporary HR systems to deliver seamless, high-quality administrative services. You'll gain exposure to the full employee lifecycle, collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders, and contribute to a team that values continuous improvement, professional development, and service excellence.About the RoleAs an HR Shared Services Assistant, you will provide responsive, accurate, and timely HR administration and support across a range of workforce processes. Key responsibilities include:Provide responsive customer service and HR support to employees, managers, candidates, and affiliates, managing enquiries and escalating complex matters as required.Process a broad range of HR transactions across the employee lifecycle, including contract administration, pre-employment checks, appointments, onboarding, scholarships, and honorary appointments.Ensure all HR transactions, records, and employee data are accurate, compliant, and maintained in line with organisational and legislative requirements.Monitor transaction progress, resolve data quality issues, and contribute to continuous improvement and standardisation of HR processes and procedures.About YouYou are a customer-focused HR professional with a strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering quality service.
