But we like to think that's all part of the fun. So this will give you the flavour of the type of things you'll be working on when you start, but this will likely evolve.At the moment, this role is focused on:Managing campaigns and workflow: running influencer campaigns end to end, tracking deliverables and approvals, flagging and resolving blockers, and keeping activity aligned to North America Influencer StrategyOwning agency relationships: acting as day-to-day contact for influencer agencies, setting clear expectations, and reviewing agency submissions (talent lists, content, reports)Coordinating talent: assessing influencer recommendations for brand fit, and managing creator deliverables and timelinesReviewing content: checking influencer content for brand alignment, accuracy, and quality, and giving agencies and creators clear feedback against brand and legal guidelinesWriting briefs: drafting clear, creator-friendly influencer briefs tied to campaign goalsCoordinating cross-functionally: fielding requests from brand, social, product, and experiential teams, and keeping stakeholders updated on status and timelinesTracking and reporting: gathering campaign performance data, helping build post-campaign summaries, and maintaining trackers and documentationHandling operations: supporting contracts, ZIPs, and payments, and keeping tools and assets organizedYou're probably a match ifYou have strong organizational and operational skillsYou have experience working with influencers, agencies, or creator marketingYou possess the ability to manage multiple workstreams and timelines simultaneouslyYou are a clear and effective communicator across stakeholdersYou have strong negotiation techniques & understanding of influencer industry standards (rates, benchmarks, etc.)You have high attention to detail, especially in content review and approvalsYou are comfortable working in fast-paced, cross-functional environmentsAbout the teamCanva’s Community Team drives impactful creator & community partnerships that support brand, product, and experiential marketing initiatives.At a company level, our work ladders into three core ambitions:Get people to think of and use Canva: Build spontaneous awareness and link Canva to key creation and productivity momentsGet people to pay for ...
