This role brings deep expertise in gaming investment and deal-making into the Investor and Startup Programme infrastructure. The primary mandate is designing the investment programmes and deal-making activations that make Gaming event the strongest investment event in the global gaming calendar. The role also flexes across the broader Investor and startup program portfolio, supporting investor programming at other events where sector knowledge and investor relationships add value. The event provides the structure; this person provides the sector depth, does the heavy lifting with the gaming and tech investment community, and raises the bar on investor experience across every event they touch.Gaming Investment Programme Design investment programmes and deal-making formats for gaming conference that attract international investors, publishers and funds and set a global standard for capital-meets-talent events.Build and own the gaming investor pipeline from scratch: identify gaming VCs, publisher venture arms, sovereign funds with gaming mandates, angel networks, and accelerator programmes, and conduct targeted outreach. Manage the investor application and vetting process verifying fund credentials, investment thesis alignment, and genuine intent to engage with gaming studios and founders. Develop the content and format for all gaming investment activations: reverse pitches, hosted buyer programmes, closed-door investor roundtables, and live deal-making showcases. Work w...
