While Monks may contact potential candidates via LinkedIn, all applications must be submitted through our official website (monks.com/careers).About the Role As a Junior Talent Discovery Consultant, you’ll partner with the Talent Discovery team and Hiring Managers to proactively identify, attract, and engage top talent using traditional and innovative sourcing strategies. With guidance from the team, you’ll progressively manage end-to-end recruitment processes while collaborating with Consultants, Leads, and Directors. Responsibilities Participate in profile alignment meetings and kick-off calls with Hiring Managers Collaborate with stakeholders to design effective sourcing strategies Proactively identify and engage talent across the digital and technology markets Propose innovative sourcing ideas and new candidate-attraction channels Coordinate interviews and maintain clear, timely communication with candidates Advocate for candidates when presenting profiles to business leaders Open, post, and continuously update job vacancies in Greenhouse Maintain accurate recruitment data and support clean, reliable reporting Guide Hiring Managers on standard Talent Discovery processes and best practices Progressively manage assigned searches from initial briefing through final offer, with support as needed Other duties as assigned About You Qualifications & Skills Previous experience performing talent sourcing or foundational recruitment responsibilities, ideally in an agency or digital environment Advanced or fluent English, with the ability to conduct interviews, hold professional conversations, and write clear emails and reports Solid knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search strings, and proactive talent-hunting techniques Experience with Greenhouse or a similar applicant tracking system is preferred Familiarity with collaborative tools such as Google Workspace and Slack Interest in or general knowledge of the digital and technology market ecosystem Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder-management skills Candidate-focused mindset with the ability to deliver a positive recruitment experience Proactive, curious, and eager to learn and progressively own end-to-end recruitment processes   #LI-Remote #LI-MO1About Monks  Monks is the global, digital-first, data-driven, unitary operating brand of S4 Capital plc.
