This is a fully remote role to be based in Malaysia. We will prioritize candidates who are based in Malaysia and do not require a work visa sponsorship. You’ll shape intuitive, high-performing experiences that help millions across Singapore, Hong Kong, the Philippines, and Taiwan make smarter financial decisions. As part of a lean, high-velocity design team, you won’t just design interfaces - you’ll shape product strategy, challenge assumptions, and use AI tools to supercharge how fast we ideate, validate, and ship. You’ll move fluidly between deep product work and rapid campaign execution, bringing first-principles thinking and an obsession with user outcomes to every problem.   The Lead, Product Design will be responsible for: Product Design & Execution:  Design end-to-end product experiences - from problem framing and conceptual exploration to polished UI, prototypes, and developer-ready specs. Use AI copilots as leverage, integrating tools like Claude, ChatGPT and Figma AI to ideate, generate flows, run UX writing, produce variants, analyze research, and accelerate production work. Prototype rapidly to test hypotheses early, influence product direction, and align cross-functional teams. Collaborate with product managers to shape problem statements, sharpen requirements, and bring clarity through design thinking and user-centered reasoning.
