We are committed to growing your career, so in this role you will: Responsibilities: Analyze real estate collateral data, including financial statements, and write comprehensive watchlist comments for Commercial Real Estate associated with CMBS and Agency loans, incorporating market research and borrower communications for additional insights. Manage the workflow to ensure timely preparation and delivery of Watchlists for each assigned deal, including reviewing and approving these lists as necessary. Coordinate and respond to inquiries from investors, rating agencies, and clients, ensuring accurate and prompt communication. Collaborate with Portfolio Managers to address significant issues identified in monthly surveillance reports concerning pool, loan, and collateral performance. Lead and organize periodic conference calls and meetings with deal participants, managing the timing, attendance, and structure of investor calls. Proactively evaluate and report on the impact of significant events, such as natural disasters or major bankruptcies, on pool performance to stakeholders. Liaise with internal Servicing staff to gather and analyze data requested by rating agencies and investors, ensuring timely and accurate information delivery and preparing customized reports. Coordinate with Special Servicers to ensure accurate and current reporting on the status of specially-serviced assets. Assist in the preparation of annual portfolio reviews to assess and monitor trends in pool, loan, and collateral performance. Other duties as assigned.
