We make sure every transaction is backed by bulletproof financial analysis, precise valuation and structuring, and deep strategic alignment. The Role We are looking for a highly analytical M&A Analyst / Senior Analyst to support our deal-making activities across the entire transactional lifecycle. This is a heavily quantitative role designed for someone who thrives on financial complexity. What You’ll Do Source and Analyze New Investment Opportunities Identify and research potential acquisition targets within the entertainment sector Conduct comprehensive financial modeling and valuation analyses to assess deal synergies and financial viability Evaluate financial, strategic, and operational risks associated with target companies Prepare detailed investment memorandums and deal-related documentation Support Deal Execution Assist in due diligence processes, including financial, legal, and operational analysis Develop and present investment theses to internal stakeholders and senior leadership Support negotiations around deal structure, valuation, and financing Manage deal processes and timelines to ensure smooth execution Who you are Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (preferred) or Business, Economics or Finance (engineering degree plus additional academic background in Business or Finance is a strong plus) 1-3 years of relevant experience in investment banking, top-tier management consulting, corporate development, M&A or strategy roles Solid experience in financial modeling, valuation methodologies, and quantitative analysis Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex data and ambiguity Excellent communication and interpersonal s...
