This role is accountable for maintaining the overall condition and structural integrity of assigned communities while ensuring operations are safe, compliant, and efficient.The Maintenance Manager leads the day‑to‑day management, training, and development of maintenance technicians, fostering a strong service culture focused on delivering timely, high‑quality service and exceptional resident satisfaction.
